    Our counselors will work with you to identify appropriate federal, state and local agencies and develop marketing strategies. We will guide you through the complex process of government registrations and assist you in becoming a qualified government contractor.

    Oregon Apex Accelerator counselors receive ongoing training to keep pace with continually evolving acquisitions, procedures, and policies within the government.

    Our counselors will work with you to complete the initial registrations required to do business with the Federal Government. These include registering with SAM, establishing a SBA profile and many other registrations.

    Our bid match service can automatically match your company's product or service with daily bid notices that show you exactly what the federal, state and local government is buying or planning to buy.

    Working with you one-on-one, Oregon APEX Accelerator personnel will create a profile specific to your business. The system searches hundreds of sources and matches them to your profile. The leads are emailed to you on a daily basis.

    Oregon APEX Accelerator provides a variety of support services for our clients wishing to participate in the General Service Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Program. We offer a series of workshops that cover topics ranging from a thorough introduction to GSA, how to prepare a GSA proposal, recommendations on how best to market your GSA contract to the different Federal agencies that utilize this procurement vehicle. Most importantly, we can and do provide free-one-on-one counseling assistance to each of our clients. this support begins at the research phase and continues through to the eventual receipt of a GSA contract.

    Oregon APEX Accelerator offers many classes throughout the state, which are usually free, to share our knowledge with Oregon businesses. See the training tab for details on our upcoming training.

    Oregon APEX Accelerator counselors can assist you to determine if you are eligible to bid on the solicitation, is it feasible for you to bid, can you deliver the goods or services and will you be competitive.

    We can assist you in reading through a solicitation and determining what is required from you to bid successfully.

    We can review your proposal and recommend ways to make it stronger and more accurate once it's drafted.

    Oregon APEX Accelerator can help identify possible subcontracting opportunities with major prime contractors. Large contractors often look for small business suppliers. We can help you make that connection.

    The Oregon APEX Accelerator staff can assist you to find information and history about the product or service your business would like to provide to government agencies. Oregon APEX Accelerator can assist you to find out which agencies have or will be using your product or service and who was awarded contracts for the product or service in the past and the dollar amount of the contracts.

    Blue Moon Designs, Inventor of the HeliLadder

    Oregon APEX Accelerator client, Blue Moon Designs, inventor of the HeliLadder, has received 7 contracts for 54 HeliLadders. Blue Moon recently delivered 6 HeliLadders to the Oregon National Guard. Pictured are company owner, Dale Neubauer (center), and Oregon Guard members with a Blackhawk helicopter that the ladders will be used on. The HELILADDER™ brand maintenance stand is a new concept in helicopter maintenance work stands, providing (for the first time) a portable, stable, and safe multi-level maintenance Ladder-Stand.

    Thanks Oregon APEX Accelerator for assisting JLC Avionics to receive an award

    JLC Avionics, LLC reported an award of $2,626,484. This base +4 option years contract was their first federal award. The contractor said:

    "We could not have done this without the assistance of the Oregon APEX Accelerator personnel, particularly Marta. Our previous attempt at applying for a contract failed dismally due to our lack of knowledge. Oregon APEX Accelerator staff were helpful, knowledgeable and very patient in helping us through the whole process from initial registration on SAM.gov to fine tuning our proposals. We could not have gone this far and had such a successful outcome without all the help they provided.
